Aroma’s Restaurant: Taste and tradition in Parikia

The restaurant that has been teaching Greek hospitality and gastronomy since 1997, balancing between tradition and our timeless domestic cuisine, has been located in Livadia in Parikia since 2013, under the shade of green climbers and the warmth of an elevated paved patio that overlooks at the sea, full of cordial breeze. 

You will smell Aroma’s Restaurant at dusk, like mom’s food that just came out of the oven. Its people, smiling and helpful, will become your «captains» in enjoyment. Famous for its homemade recipes, it would be a sin not to try its airy, fluffy dolmades, the rich moussaka, mussels and saganaki prawns in a delicious tomato sauce. 

Then there is the alphabet of fresh fish food, at prices that put it every day in your program, the fish here is cooked in the pan, on the grill, it is even served boiled or ceviche, it becomes a meze or a main dish, always tender and juicy «wearing» its best. And it arrives, direct from local fishermen, meaning that whatever you choose, it has the stamp of «just out of the sea». Of course, there is no shortage of meat.

To all of the above, add the fine Greek wines – among them 3 from the Parian vineyard – and you have a traditional, wonderful restaurant, one of those that are the last bastion before the true, genuine identity of our internationally awarded Greek gastronomy is lost.
