Upon entering, you discover the world of ‘Chloé’: a mural on one side, an inviting bar at the center, a cozy dining area atop a classic rug, a service counter further back—romantic, snug, and inviting within its few square meters. You instantly notice the attention to detail, the care given to everything; Chloé is a place made by people for people.
The menu embodies the essence of comforting flavors, starting with breakfast options in various versions, from the abundant, hearty, and delicious English Breakfast with fried eggs, bacon, sausage, confit tomatoes, a wonderful homemade tomato marmalade, and butter, to classics like the Croque Madame on a bagel, boasting prosciutto, fried egg, and a velvety, warm Parmesan cream, that feel like a warm embrace.
Chef Christos Bitsakis works wonders with their mains—burgers that transport you to another world, made with a handmade 100% beef patty, breaded chicken, or slow-cooked pulled pork. And their pinsa, crafted from light dough and premium ingredients, is nothing short of epic.
However, they also offer signature cocktails that leave a lasting impression – from a list curated by Fotis Kouletos – guaranteed to make you schedule another visit to the number 1 on Litos Street: the intriguing Chloé is a must-try, with Poliakov vodka, lime, cinnamon, and passion fruits, and the playful Fiancee, with Edgar Sopper gin, caraway syrup, and mint bubbles.
