This is how Yiannis and his daughter Malvina discovered the village of Triantaros in Tinos, left behind their urban identity and set up Triantaraki in the place they fell in love with.
Triantaraki was set up with a lot of inspiration and passion, keeping its traditional base but with a new, modern aura and pop touches that impress, such as the characteristic colourful staircase that Malvina paints with the same enthusiasm every year.

After your trip to the sea when it’s time for some refreshing alcohol there are beers from selected microbreweries and wine, paired perfectly with the appetizers that are made on order by the kitchen, such as local oil artichokes and bruschetta with anchovies and herbs and get a glimpse of good life through flavours and the relaxed environment.
