From early morning, Fine August serves high-quality specialty coffee from the Athens-based roastery Kolor, which roasts exclusively for them. Their signature house blend combines two carefully selected Brazilian varieties, offering a mildly bitter and well-balanced profile. There’s also a fruity single origin from Ethiopia, with additional rare varieties making occasional guest appearances for a unique coffee experience.
The brunch menu, curated by chef Fani Zioga, is a celebration of flavor. Fluffy cinnamon rolls with warm spice, refreshing yogurt bowls with fresh fruits and crunchy granola, hearty omelets made with the freshest ingredients, indulgent pancakes with velvety toppings, and a savory open sandwich with rich Naxos graviera cheese, soft-boiled eggs, and crispy caramelized bacon, every bite, unforgettable.
